Hi,
>Can you open home page on another browser and test again ?
I have done that and it didn't work. I've restarted apache and the issue remained.
After a while (30 min or so) everything was fine.
This happened in 2 machines. One I use for testing purposes and the other one is a production system with 300 users.
Sould I report the issue in the bug tracker ?
Thank you,
João Sá Marta

**For info**
I've upgraded from 6.2.4 to 6.5.1 and I've the exact same fatal error.
I've checked my DB and the field is well there with the correct value.
I can't access the admin page on my machine and using a virtual machine... but a colleague can well make a login as admin and see the upgrade has been done.
Very strange to me since it's a PHP fatal error; on the server thus, and should be KO for everyone; not just for me.
So, ok, the colleague can work on the admin, I'll suppose something like a cache...
(and now, after perhaps 20 minutes it works too on my machine)
